The "iCleaner" service and its related technologies and functions (hereinafter referred to as "this Service") are provided by Xiangsuan Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "us"). This Service Agreement constitutes a valid contract concluded between us and the users who use and access this Service (hereinafter referred to as "you" or "User").

Through this agreement, you will understand how we provide this Service to you, the rules you should follow when using this Service, our statements regarding providing this Service and its related services, and other important information. Please read and fully understand this agreement, paying special attention to provisions regarding dispute jurisdiction and information collection. If you use this Service, it shall be deemed that you have accepted all terms of this agreement and have entered into a legally binding agreement with us. You must be at least 18 years old to access and use this Service. If you are under 18, you must obtain the consent of your parents or legal guardian before using this Service.

1. Content of this Service

"iCleaner" aims to provide you with convenient services such as photo album organization, email management, storage space management, optimizing your experience in managing and using storage space. Specific functions are as follows:

· Photo Album Organization: This function helps you scan and identify duplicate or similar photos in your device's album to help you manage and free up storage space.

· Space Cleanup: You can periodically use "iCleaner" to help you identify cache, temporary files, and other unnecessary system junk on your device to free up device space.

· Email Organization: This function helps you analyze and manage your mailbox, such as identifying spam, subscription emails, or archiving emails by category.

· Utility Tools: "iCleaner" also includes numerous utility tools and is constantly updated and improved to better provide you with a series of services including phone management and convenient operations. The specific tools and functions available depend on the version of the "iCleaner" software you are using.

2. User Rules

2.1 To facilitate users' use of "iCleaner" and the services of "iCleaner" partners, users agree and authorize "iCleaner" to share user information necessary to achieve the services with "iCleaner" partners.

2.2 When using the "iCleaner" service, users must adhere to the following principles:

·Comply with relevant national laws and regulations;

·Comply with all agreements and procedures related to the "iCleaner" service;

·Not use the "iCleaner" service system for any illegal purposes;

·Not use the "iCleaner" service system to engage in any behavior that may adversely affect the normal operation of the internet or mobile networks;

·Not use the services provided by "iCleaner" to upload, display, or disseminate any false, harassing, defamatory, abusive, threatening, vulgar, obscene, or any other illegal information;

·Not infringe upon the patent rights, copyrights, trademark rights, reputation rights, or any other legitimate rights and interests of "iCleaner" or any third party;

·Not use the "iCleaner" service system to engage in any behavior detrimental to "iCleaner".

2.3 If a user violates any of the above regulations while using the "iCleaner" service, "iCleaner" or its authorized person has the right to request the user to correct it or directly take all necessary measures (including but not limited to changing or deleting the user's content, suspending, or terminating the user's right to use the "iCleaner" service) to mitigate the impact caused by the user's improper behavior.

3. Use and Upgrade of this Service

You should use the officially released "iCleaner" product. Please do not download or install it through unofficial channels to avoid malicious software intrusion. We recommend that you upgrade or update this Service according to software version iteration prompts. Otherwise, we shall not be held responsible for software usage issues, unsupported functions, device binding issues, etc., arising from software version and device model mismatch.

4. License for this Service

4.1 Grant of License

We grant you a non-exclusive and non-transferable limited license under the following terms. You are permitted to use this software and related documentation, but you do not have the right to sublicense.

4.2 License Restrictions

·You may download and install this software on a single mobile terminal device for non-commercial use. It must not be used for commercial purposes, nor rented, transferred, or sublicensed.

·You agree to use this software and documentation only in a lawful manner, and not to copy, modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or remove any ownership notices or labels from this software or documentation.

·You agree to use this software and documentation only in a manner that complies with all relevant laws, including but not limited to restrictions on relevant copyrights, other intellectual property rights, and/or export control regulations.

·You must not use this Service to engage in any illegal activities or any behavior harmful to the network or infringing upon the legitimate rights and interests of others, including but not limited to interfering with the normal operation of this Service, maliciously spreading viruses, and other illegal acts.

·If any of the above prohibited acts occur, we have the right to immediately suspend or terminate providing this Service to you.

5. Regarding Third-Party Services

5.1. This Service provides functions such as application management and update prompts, and also provides you with jump entries to some third-party services (e.g., similarly provided). This Service does not guarantee the availability, accuracy, effectiveness, or any information such as advertising and service content of third-party services or products, nor any uncertain risks. If you choose to use third-party services, please enter into service contracts/privacy policies with the third party according to their requirements.

5.2. Disputes arising from your use of third-party services or products shall be resolved by the third-party service provider. Please contact the third-party service provider for handling. Dispute resolution is governed by the agreements reached between you and the third party. We assume no responsibility for any third-party services or disputes arising from your use thereof.

6. Intellectual Property Statement

6.1 All ownership and intellectual property rights of this Service and related documentation belong to us or have been licensed for use. The content accessed through this Service is also owned by the respective content owners and is protected by relevant copyright or other laws.

6.2 Any text, images, and graphic materials contained in the services provided by "iCleaner" are protected by copyright, trademark, and/or other property ownership laws. Without the consent of the relevant right holder, the aforementioned materials shall not be used for any commercial purpose.

6.3 All rights to any software used by "iCleaner" to provide services (including but not limited to any images, photos, animations, text, and additional programs, accompanying help materials contained in the software) belong to the copyright holder of the software. Without the permission of the software copyright holder, users must not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software.

7. User Privacy Policy

7.1 "iCleaner" highly values maintaining the protection of your privacy. We are committed to taking necessary measures to protect the security of personal data and private information stored by users on "iCleaner". Before using the services provided by "iCleaner", please read the ""iCleaner" Privacy Policy" in detail. You can also view the detailed content of the "iCleaner" privacy protection through ["Settings - About"] in "iCleaner".

8. Special Terms for Subscription Services

8.1 Definition of Subscription Services

·Subscription Services refer to services where you make periodic payments through the Apple App Store payment system to obtain specific member benefits on an ongoing basis.

·Subscription periods include: weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly, etc., as displayed at the time of purchase.

8.2 Subscription Purchase and Renewal

·Subscriptions are completed through the Apple App Store In-App Purchase (IAP) system and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.

·Auto-Renewal Explanation: Subscription services have the auto-renewal feature enabled by default. Within 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period, the system will automatically charge your Apple ID account for the next period's fee.

·Upon successful payment, the subscription period will be automatically extended, and you may continue to enjoy member benefits.

8.3 Subscription Pricing and Adjustments

·Subscription prices are as displayed on the App Store page at the time of purchase and are inclusive of taxes.

·We reserve the right to adjust subscription prices. Price adjustments will take effect at the beginning of the next subscription period, and you will be notified through appropriate means.

·If you do not agree to a price adjustment, you must turn off auto-renewal before the end of your current subscription period.

8.4 Subscription Management

·Important Note: Uninstalling this application or deleting your account will not automatically cancel your subscription.

·Management Path: You must manage your subscription through your iOS device's system settings: Go to Settings → Tap your Apple ID at the top → Subscriptions；Find [iCleaner] in the subscription list；You may perform the following operations: View the next renewal date and price；Change the subscription plan (if available)；Turn off auto-renewal；Unsubscribe (takes effect after the current period ends)

·Subscription status and history can be viewed in the Purchase History section of your Apple ID.

· Free Trials and Promotions

·Some subscriptions may offer a free trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, it will automatically convert to a paid subscription, and charges will begin.

·The method for cancellation during the trial period is the same as the subscription management path described above.

·Promotional prices are only valid for new users or specified users and may be time-limited.

8.5 Refunds and Cancellation

·As subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store, refund requests must be submitted to Apple and are subject to Apple's refund policy.

·Unless otherwise required by law or due to a material fault on our part, refunds are not supported for subscription periods that have already been successfully charged.

·After turning off auto-renewal or unsubscribing, your benefits during the current paid period will remain unaffected. Services will automatically terminate at the end of the period.

8.6 Changes and Termination of Subscription Services

·We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate specific subscription service content due to business adjustments but will provide advance notice whenever possible.

·If subscription services are terminated early due to reasons attributable to us, a proportional refund for the unused service period will be issued (processed through Apple).

9. Special Notes and Disclaimer

9.1 You promise and guarantee that the custom settings information you perform through this Service does not contain any information that violates national laws, regulations, and policies, including but not limited to the following information:

·Opposing the basic principles established by the Constitution;

· Endangering national security, leaking state secrets, subverting state power, or undermining national unity;

·Harming national honor and interests;

·Inciting ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, or undermining ethnic unity;

·Undermining national religious policies, promoting cults and feudal superstitions;

·Spreading rumors, disturbing social order, or undermining social stability;

·Spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror, or inciting crime;

·Insulting or slandering others, infringing upon the legitimate rights and interests of others;

·Infringing upon the legitimate rights of others such as intellectual property rights and trade secrets;

·Any acts that may violate good faith, public order and morals, public morality, or other acts prohibited by laws and regulations.

You shall bear all consequences arising from your violation of the above promises and guarantees, including but not limited to assuming legal liability and compensating the losses of the damaged parties.

9.2 You understand and agree that the use of this Service may incur certain data traffic or information charges (charged by the operator), all of which shall be borne by you.

9.3 You understand and agree that we will make reasonable efforts to provide you with the Service, but cannot make statements or guarantees regarding the absolute accuracy of this Service or its applicability for special purposes, and cannot ensure that:

·This Service will meet all your needs;

·This Service will be provided uninterruptedly, timely, securely, or without defects;

·Any information obtained during your use of the Service is accurate;

·Any defects or errors that are part of the Service will be corrected;

·Your use of this Service for data deletion or storage will not encounter any errors.

9.4 We cannot guarantee network coverage or availability. We assume no responsibility for issues such as login failures, incomplete data synchronization, or slow processing speeds caused by network reasons such as unstable wireless network signals or small wireless network bandwidth.

9.5 You understand and agree that the query and result content in "Help & Feedback" is for your reference only. We do not guarantee the absolute accuracy, applicability, or timeliness of the provided content. You should make your own judgment. If you have unanswered questions or believe the feedback results are incorrect, you can contact us via customer service.

9.6 We will not assume any responsibility for the results caused by users' illegal or non-compliant use (violating this agreement) of the services, performance, or functions we provide. Please use them legally, compliantly, and in accordance with the terms of this Service Agreement.

10. Suspension or Termination of this Service

10.1 Suspension or termination of this Service includes the following situations:

·You actively request suspension or termination of the service;

·You violate or are suspected of violating legal and regulatory requirements, or violate any content agreed in this agreement, including license restrictions, your warranties and promises, etc.;

·We suspend or terminate the service according to the requirements of laws, regulations, or relevant national departments;

·Occurrence of force majeure events or unforeseen technical problems (including but not limited to hacker attacks, network paralysis, virus intrusion, etc., affecting the normal operation of the Internet);

·Other situations where services should be suspended or terminated based on laws and regulations, our own irresistible reasons, business adjustments, etc.

10.2 If any of the above suspension or termination situations occur, we have the right to suspend or terminate the license granted to you for use, or take other restrictive measures according to this agreement. Any terms in this agreement that are expressly stated or by their nature should continue to be effective after the agreement terminates shall continue to be effective after the termination of this agreement until the agreed conditions expire or terminate by their nature.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction Clause

Unless the laws of your place of residence provide otherwise, this License Agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China and shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without applying its conflict of law provisions. You agree that if disputes arise, the relevant court in Haizhu District, Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province, China shall handle the disputes. If for any reason, a court of competent jurisdiction rules that any term or any part of this license is unenforceable, the remainder of this License Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.

12. Agreement Updates

12.1 This agreement takes effect from the date of its release or update. We and all users who activate and use this Service are bound by the aforementioned agreement.

12.2 We have the right to modify this agreement (including changes, additions, reductions of corresponding clause content) at any time based on our own operational situation, market environment, and other factors. Once the agreement terms are modified, we will update and display them on relevant pages; if the modification of the agreement terms involves substantive impact on your rights and interests or will seriously restrict your use of this Service, we will notify you in a prominent manner.

12.3 If you do not agree with the modifications to these terms, you may stop using this Service. If you continue to use this Service, it shall be deemed that you have accepted all modifications to the terms of this agreement.

14. General Terms

14.1 The headings in this agreement are set for reading convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of the terms in the main text.

14.2 If any term of this agreement is deemed completely invalid, partially invalid, or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining terms of this agreement shall still be valid and binding.

14.3 Nothing in this agreement shall be deemed to establish any commercial cooperation or agency relationship between you and us.

14.4 To the extent permitted by laws and regulations, we have the right to interpret the terms of this agreement.
